Manufacturing micro lenses requires specialized machinery and attention to detail. Our production methods include photoresist reflow, micro contact printing, and direct laser writing technology for components where these techniques provide advantages. For the majority of our micro lenses, however, precision grinding and polishing deliver superior surface quality and tighter tolerances.
