Quality Control

Star-Optics maintains a structured quality management system to support the production of precision optical components. Our technical sales team works closely with customers to understand application requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria, while metrology and inspection personnel ensure that products meet defined quality standards.

Quality control activities are integrated throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming material inspection to in-process control and final inspection. Measurement and verification are performed using calibrated optical and mechanical metrology equipment appropriate to the required tolerances.
